Couple getaway
The hotel staff were very good. I had this amazing interaction with a valet named Cecil, who even helped me with my walker and cane, showed where to park, and unpacked my things for me. The pool was beautiful and it was great lounging by it in the afternoon sun, just perfect.
The room rates were a bit steep but I'm ok with that given the overall experience.

Great vibes but some hiccups
The lobby and restaurant were super stylish, and the room had a nice modern feel! It was cool to take morning walks in the quiet area, but check-in was a bit messy. Even after an early app check-in, my room wasn't ready till after 5 PM. Def hard to deal with. The snack bar had some yummy options, though!

An Lovely Stay with Perfect Service!
The fine balcony view made every evening nice. Val provided really good service with reservation details, and Tom at Club 12 was a delight! Don't miss out on the delectable pizza at the Marketplace!

Tbh, had a really really nice stay on vacation. The hotel was fairly clean and had well laid out and well priced rooms. All the staff was pretty friendly, fixed my issues. I loved the room with balcony, the bed was comfy. It was just next door to Balboa Island, and Irvine or Newport Beach, exceptionally nice and stunning location overall.
The breakfast I was offered was expensive; it could be way much better.
